Giselle Rodriguez

First Dose of Pfizer on 05/2021

Austin, Texas

31 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

I used to trust doctors.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

Bells Palsy for 1 hour immediately following the first dose. I went and got three opinions -a hospital nurse, a pharmacist and my family doctor. The pharmacist and nurse said not to get the second dose while the family doc told me to definitely try the second dose because it didn’t seem like a bad reaction to have at all.

Q: What is your life like now, after getting the vaccine?

Like I cannot speak about it or I’m labeled an antivaxxer, which isn’t true. I used to be a liberal and now I am a conservative.

Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:

None - no one is taking me seriously.

Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?

VAERS

Q: Is there anything that has helped, and have your symptoms improved?

Time

Q: Have you had Covid before? What was your experience if so?

Yes after the vaccine and it felt like a flu for me.

Q: What else would you like to say?

Just the trials - where are they? Why can’t we see them?
