Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?
I was a 49 year old mom. I worked over 40 hours per week as an HR Manager. My daughter and I are into horses and barrel racing. I exercised multiple times per week and was very strong and healthy.
Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?
4/8/21 was my last good day before my life completely changed. I went to the Cardinals home opener. I danced, I laughed, and I enjoyed being with my coworkers.
That night I experienced profuse vomiting that wouldn’t stop. The next day I went to urgent care and they just said I was dehydrated. My life went downhill from there. I too went to the ER about a week later and I was told I have severe anxiety and sent me home.
My symptoms:
Extreme muscle pain all down my back.
Joint pain.
Extreme brain fogginess.
Headaches
I feel my body is like a smoldering mine field, and if I try to do too much it will remind me and flare up. I will be on the couch for days not able to do anything. I have many other not as Prevalent issues from the vaccine as well.
Q; What is your life like now, after getting the vaccine?
We know the answer. Horrible. I can’t help with the horses because I don’t have the strength. My daughter must do all the work. She competes in some high level competitions. I can’t go. :(. I can’t drive a vehicle very long before extreme tiredness, headaches, and pain causes the devil to come out. I had to quit my job last week because I am no longer qualified. I still can’t make it more than two hours before my body sends me to the couch breathless.
Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:
I have the same story as others. No real help after going to many doctors. The doctor that has saved me is a holistic doctor. Without her, I may have given up completely.
Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?
I tried VAERS, but I gave up because the system is so cumbersome. I received a call from the people that monitor the app of how you are feeling after the vaccine. They did call and leave me a message. I have tried 10 times to call back. No answer. So I have left messages. They have not returned my call. My doctor said he reported to VAERS.
Q: Is there anything that has helped, and have your symptoms improved?
Chiropractic treatments. NAET treatments from my holistic doc, but what has helped me the most is giving up my anger and resentment. This was very difficult. This is the new me now. I am not the same person and I accepted that,. However, it was extremely difficult. I grieved for the old me.
Q: What do you wish others knew?
I do not wish this hell on anyone. I am sorry to others who are going through this. These type of groups do help; sharing any information that can help us feel better.
