First Dose of J&J on 10/28/2021 Lot #1822809

Harrison, New York

43 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

I was a healthy 43 year old mother of 3 kids. I had taken care of myself during the pandemic, exercising daily for 45 mins to an hour, and got to my ideal weight.

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

I work for the City of New York, and we were mandated to get vaccinated. We were only given 9 days to comply or placed on leave without pay. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with cancer at 18 months old, and I am the one with health insurance in my household. I felt like I had no choice but to get vaccinated, so that my child could receive the medical care that she needed. I did not want to get the vaccine at all, which is why I chose the Janssen, since it was one shot.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

I did not want to get vaccinated, but was mandated by work and went to my local Costco to get the Janssen vaccine on 10/28/21. I had what others had described as the normal reactions on the site. By the evening, I had a high fever of 102.7, chills, achy joints, muscles, headache and had to go to bed at 7:54pm, which is early for me. My legs were shaking so bad, it reminded me of when I was in labor. Woke up at 9:30pm, and I was so hot all over. My legs felt like they were on fire. I tried to get up the next day at around 6am and had to lay down on the bathroom floor, because I was going to faint. I went back to bed and didn’t get out of bed until 1:30pm, when the fever broke. 3 days after the shot, I started experiencing heavy breathing, having a hard time catching my breath, tightness in the chest, painful chest/back when breathing, fatigued easily while doing dishes, ending up with labored breathing. I also had (two weeks) early, light spotting, abdominal cramping, and then no period for 2 months. My periods are now very heavy with lots of clotting, which was never the case. I can only compare to post-childbirth. I started feeling the numbness in my hands and feet 4 days after the vaccine, when I attempted to take a short walk at lunchtime and had to stop after a few minutes. The pain and numbness kept getting worse, so I went to see a neurologist in January.. After 17 vials of blood, I was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy, bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, and Sjogren’s Syndrome, possibly related to vaccine. I am still seeing a rheumatologist for the Sjogren's syndrome, but she told me that she feels like she’s not helping me much. I still have the pins and needles, and numbness in legs/feet and arms/hands. My right-hand knuckles and back of my knees get very inflamed. My right hand gets very cold and painful when exposed to the cold, and my feet hurt a lot too in the cold. I can no longer exercise. I can hardly go for a long walk due to joint pains. I also have flashing vision, lots of dark floaters, and brain fog, even before getting COVID. I get really bad headaches, especially on right side and around the eyes. I feel like it’s getting worse as time passes, and my quality of life is nonexistent. If it wasn’t for my family, I would really be in a dark place mentally. I am having a hard time accepting that I did this to myself.

Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:

I had an MRI, EKG, EMG, CT scan, skin biopsy on my leg and thigh, and many blood tests. I have visited more doctors (neurologist, rheumatologist, opthalmologist, cardiologist, vein specialist) in the last 14 months than I probably have all my adult life, with the exception of prenatal care.

Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?

VAERS, no response except confirmation email

Q: Are there any treatments we should know about that helped or hurt your health?

Prednisone and Methylprednisolone helped with the inflammation, but we all know that you can’t take them long term. I was prescribed Gabapentin for the pins and needles, but I don't want to take it. Instead, I take melatonin every night, so that I can fall asleep.

Q: Have you had Covid before?

I had COVID 2 months after getting vaccinated. Everyone in my house had it for Christmas, and I was the last one to test positive, I was also the one that got the sickest, even though I was the only one vaccinated.

Q: What do you wish others knew?

I wish people would stop downplaying the mental and physical pain that those of us that are injured are going through. I wish doctors would try to help those of us that are injured. This is no quality of life for any of us, and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy, if I had one.

I swear reading your story was like me telling mine. Have you tried Ivermectin yet? I heard it could get rid of the spiked protein 🙏

I didn't get vaccinated but I feel your pain. These evil people care nothing about us and they're willing to subject anyone and everyone to pain and suffering. I pray to God you're okay and that he helps you out with your children.

I’m praying for your complete healing. Here’s a helpful video.

This is an excerpt from an article “bromelain and acetylcysteine (both commonly known in the supplement industry) may inactivate the spike protein by altering its morphology, rendering it unable to attack cells in the body. “ The article can be found here. I don’t know if this can help you, but it sounds like it would be worth trying.
