First Dose of Pfizer on 11/02/21 Lot #FH8020

New York

31 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

Life was a lot better, playing with my kids, some gaming, messing with motorized bikes. I had great stamina and endurance.

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

I was scared I would get sick and my kids wouldn't have me. Also, I didn't want to get anyone sick.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

Theres way too much to type so ill try to keep it short...

11/2 I got dose at a local Walgreens. The shit was quick and my neck instantly hurt where my lymphnodes are. I got a little lightheaded and sat with staff for 15 minutes. I went home feeling less dizzy but the soreness in my nodes continued. I never got any arm soreness, I was instantly fatigued and short of breathe going up my stairs. Proceeded day inside and next morning had really bad chest pain and fluttering burning sensation. Felt like a glove was around my heart and was on fire. I had a weird chest tightness when getting to about half a full breath, it wasn't very bothersome but noticeable. Upon standing I was very light headed and my heart was pounding as I went to bathroom. I went downstairs to get a glass of water that tasted like straight rusty pipes, even during brushing my teeth. I was aware I may feel a bit sick and tried to call with it for a few days, I never had arm soreness or a fever. During next few days the chest pain got worse, my heart would be around 130 doing nothing or jump from 80 to 130 upon getting up (normally running around 60-70 resting rate) my fitbit watch constantly would warn me off weird things. My blood pressure would constantly go up and down in big spikes for a minute or two than go back to normal. If I sat my heart would show down instantly but any activity would lead it to jump close to 160bpm. This was where I ended up going to an urgent care where I was told I had pluerisy and possible inflammation in lungs. (Pericarditis) I was given a 7 day dose of amoxcillin 1 time a day and prednisone almost 3x a day. Along with 600mg ibuprofen 2x a day every 8 hours. My fluttering and burning became alot worse though the chest tightness seemed to go away slightly but developed from a tight or fullness feeling into more of a sharp pain constantly, this pain would be all over my front chest bones into my back and felt like fireworks and extreme soreness/tenderness. I ended up back at urgent care for follow up where I let them know I felt worse and they let me know the EKG I had upon arrival showed myocarditis infarcations and I should go to the ER. At ER I was covid tested negative, told perhaps my gi was an issue but my heart seemed OK from quick x ray, they dismissed as not sure of cause of chest inflammation and set me up with a cardiologist where I have been treated for last few months. After 4 months the pericarditis and myocarditis seemed to have gone but I still have mild tachycardia, costochondritis and very weird joint and muscle pains in my shoulder blades always on left side where I cannot breathe sometimes. This is still an uncertain cause and I am looking into seeing another Dr for nerve issues.

Q: What is your life like now, after getting the vaccine?

Very stressful, dark and depressing.

Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:

My Dr's have so far been great and have healed my pericarditis . My heart seems to be doing better but I am still being seen for other things unsure.

Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?

VAERS with an auto reply of received

Q: Is there anything that has helped, and have your symptoms improved?

Vitamin D 2-4000ui a day, 25mg zinc, 250mg magnesium, black seed oil, fruits veggies and fatty fish, I dropped sugar and stuff even if I didn't need to (I am 6'3 150LBs) this seems to have helped ALOT. I try to exercise a little everyday as the body has been immobile and suffering for months without activity it will feel hard but you just can't overdo yourself. I am still not 100% but I would say if it's getting better hopefully it will get there.

Q: Have you had Covid before? What was your experience if so?

During this time I did not. We were tested positive Nov 29 along with my 1 and 3 year old son and fiance (23). We ended up in the ER where I did not have any symptoms apart from what I was dealing with already but they had bad symptoms and thankfully recovered. We have since been sick multiple times again each time easier than the last and shorter lasting we were infected again in mid January. Everyone is ok and my fiance is not vaccinated.

Q: What do you wish others knew?

I wish everyone would know there isn't enough data just yet and we should demand it. I wish others knew about the this before getting their shot. I did not know any of this until I heard of others having issues and looked into it. I was unaware of the vaccines real status and thought it was 100% safe.
