Pensacola, Florida

56 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

I had a normal life, working daily enjoyed my job, very active a water person love them beach water and my jet ski, did a lot of fishing,

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

Friends, family. I didn't want to worry them.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

After the vaccine I developed back pain, couldn't hardly walk I had a very bad headache, went to the Er in which they gave me a steroid shot, after that I kept having stomach pain and started feeling that something was sucking the life out of me. I went to my family physician where they did testing and was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. I had to go have treatments with platelet transfusions. I have not been able to return to work. They say I'm in remission but I still do not feel the same as I did before all this. I am constantly and extremely tired. I also have brain fog. My life is upside down! I would never have another vaccine ever again.

Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:

I have had one blood transfusion, and about 6 platelet transfusions. I have had two bone marrow tests. I have had ATG treatment, and I am currently take cyclosporin.

Q: Have you had Covid before?

Never had covid

Q: What do you wish others knew?

I have read a lot about autoimmune issues with the vaccine, and I would only suggest that everyone do their research before getting any vaccine.
