Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?
My life was fully active. I was finishing my Masters in Social Work and Psychology, with 9 credit hours left and applying for my Ph.D. I enjoyed taking trips with my husband and son, and my family always described me as the strong one. I was fun and full of life.
Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?
I received the Pfizer vaccine last year in August and September. Since I was finishing my Masters in Social Work and Psychology... 9 credit hours left. I was also applying for my Ph.D. In addition, I was interning in a delicate field, Hospice. I thought it was the right thing to do; even though I was hesitant, plus I was mandated.
Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?
After my 1st dose, I started noticing Vertigo issues, but kept making every excuse what could be happening to me such as, I wasn't used to wearing a mask as long as I was, or maybe I wasn't eating enough being so busy.
I then received my 2nd dose, and I would notice at internship I felt like the floor was dropping, and while driving I felt like my car was still moving when I came to a stop. It got worse and worse, and decided to go to the doctor and she said it was anxiety. I then started getting zig zags in my eyes.
Well, eventually I had to withdraw from college and I'm getting worse and worse. I can't lay on my head because I feel pain and pressure, my head tremors, my feet have started locking up, my hands as well. My legs vibrate, and when I read my brain feels like it shifts. I get shocks in my neck. I saw a neurologist and he said I had a brain tumor, and an empty sella. But, I don't have a tumor and they are refusing to address the empty sella, but now don't feel that's an issue anymore either. As of now, its getting harder and harder to walk and it's moving more up my arms. My face has started having spasms as well.
At one point my left heart ventricle was enlarged and I had a mild vascular leak, but once again my doctor said anxiety, which I've never been diagnosed with before, and would not schedule any follow up, and sent me mean messages. I even reported to VAERS, and Pfizer and nothing back. My Vit D was depleted and started taking Vit D2. I also have pins and needles all over my legs and arms, trouble swallowing at times and my blood pressure keeps going all over the place. Also, recently I'm having troubles breathing, and went to Urgent care but they did nothing except said maybe I have early symptoms of Parkinson's or Lymes disease, but there was nothing they could do and to follow up with my new primary who also already diagnosed me with anxiety. My new primary ordered a doppler of my legs done as well about a week ago and the diagnosis was mild atherosclerotic disease but the doctor is not addressing it. I'm on my 2nd primary, and I see her tomorrow as I keep getting worse. Last week she made me get a Covid test, and that was negative but they did say I was wheezing. She did note I have covid toe, where my great toe turns blue/black and it's probably long haul covid.
Q: What is your life like now, after getting the vaccine?
Since getting the vaccine, I can barely do anything. I'm barely walking and in so much pain daily. I cannot enjoy life at all anymore.
Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:
I've and MRIs, CTs, blood work, doppler of my legs, echo of my heart, and they all show things wrong but due to them being mild, nothing is being done. I've received diagnoses of anxiety, left enlargement of heart ventricle, mild vascular leak, and mild atherosclerotic disease.
Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?
Reported to Vares, Pfizer and CDC, and heard nothing back.
Q: Is there anything that has helped, and have your symptoms improved?
Nothing has helped as I'm not receiving proper treatment, and being dismissed.
Q: Have you had Covid before? What was your experience if so?
Yes, I had Covid but was fully vaccinated and all my symptoms started before I had covid.
Q: What do you wish others knew?
That they are not alone, and prayerfully one day they will recognize the damage these vaccines can cause.
